All products from The Foam Shop are made to order through our trusted Australian manufacturing partners. Once an order is placed before 5pm, please allow up to 5 business days for manufacturing and dispatch, plus an additional 2–3 business days for processing and delivery scheduling.

Delivery Policy

Deliveries are carried out in accordance with the following requirements:

  • A purchasing customer or nominated site contact must be on-site within the notified delivery window to meet the delivery driver.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that capable and willing staff are available to assist with unloading products.
  • For safety reasons, drivers are not permitted to unload without assistance.
  • Deliveries cannot be left unattended under any circumstances.
  • Failure to meet these requirements may result in return, re-stocking, or re-delivery charges.

Ensuring coordination between delivery and receipt helps keep your project running smoothly and efficiently.

Returns Policy

As all products are made-to-order, The Foam Shop maintains a strict no-returns policy. Please confirm the following before placing your order:

  • Product specifications (size, thickness, and type of polystyrene).
  • Quantity requirements for your project.
  • Delivery address and access details to avoid delays.

Once production has commenced, modifications, cancellations, or refunds cannot be accommodated. This policy complies with industry standards and consumer protection regulations.

The following exceptions apply:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description.
  • Transit Damage: Notify us within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos of the damage and packaging.
