Manufactured from 100% Australian Styroboard EPS, StyroSheet panels are engineered across a density range of 13.5–38 kg/m³ to suit applications from light-duty packaging to heavy-duty void forming. Their closed-cell structure delivers thermal resistances up to R 1.50 per 50 mm and compressive strengths up to 350 kPa, ensuring reliable insulation performance, moisture stability and load-bearing capacity. Precision-cut in standard sheet sizes or custom dimensions, StyroSheet meets rigorous AS 1366 Part 3 standards for consistent quality and longevity.
