Crafted from rigid, closed-cell EPS, it delivers a product R-value of 1.4 m²·K/W—exceeding minimum standards for both new builds and retrofit projects. Available in three joist-centre widths (410 mm, 470 mm and 560 mm), its concertina-style edges let you score and snap boards on-site for a perfect fit every time. Flame-retardant and moisture - Expol Underfloor combines durability with sustainability—manufactured without CFCs/HCFCs, containing recycled content where possible, and fully recyclable at end-of-life. BRANZ-appraised and backed by a 50-year limited warranty.
