StyroTherm XPS sheets is the only Australian-made extruded polystyrene insulation engineered for long-term thermal stability, high compressive strength and outstanding moisture resistance. Its closed-cell structure keeps water out and preserves R-value over the life of the building, making it ideal for slab-edge, under-slab and roof applications. When used as perimeter insulation, StyroTherm typically contributes approximately R1.0 to slab thermal performance, helping projects meet tougher energy targets. Manufactured with recycled polystyrene where supply allows and produced without ozone-depleting blowing agents, StyroTherm supports circularity while delivering a durable, lightweight solution that’s simple to cut and fix on site. Technical Overview
StyroTherm XPS Sheets , made from the only Australian made XPS, Styroboard XPS is a closed-cell extruded polystyrene manufactured for long-term thermal stability, low water uptake and robust compressive performance. StyroTherm PS sheets are is produced without ozone-depleting blowing agents and, where supply allows, can contain up to 90% recycled content, sourced from recovered EPS protective packaging and construction waste; colour variation between batches may occur and does not affect performance.
